涨停台阶
参数：sw为选择开关（1，2，1）1为上升趋势用，2为下跌趋势用。
cl选择时间周期（2，200，10），不同的票需要调节。
用法不多讲，有兴趣的自己看书。
已经推算到12级台阶，觉得还不够的，自己添加。
